Handmade images created with historical and Three-dimensional cameras
I offer a limited number of bespoke photography sessions for public events, cultural institutions, private celebrations and portrait commissions.
All images are produced using fully analog methods and equipment I design and build myself: the street box camera, and the Toppalax autostereoscopic 3D camera.
Each session is a live photographic performance where image-making becomes a shared moment — crafted in real time through light, chemistry and collaboration.
Street Box Camera Portraits
A mobile darkroom camera that produces one-of-a-kind historical photographies on paper.
Ideal for museums, heritage events, weddings, festivals or intimate portrait sittings.
Guests receive a handmade print within minutes — a tangible artifact of a moment that will be remembered years to come.

Toppalax 3D-Portraits
A mechathronic, fully developed and custom-built analog 3D camera that captures 3D and animated (yes, movement is captured on the flat 2D surface!) photographies, without the need for glasses or special viewers.
Images can be experienced as 3D optically interlaced lenticular prints, offering a rare form of photographic presence.
Images can be black and white or colored on positive slide film for a more exclusive result.

Do you offer digital files?
I do not routinely sell raw digital files; the work is presented as analogue prints. Digital copies can be provided by arrangement.
Can you do weddings / full event coverage?
I specialize in bespoke portraits and live analog experiences rather than full event documentation. Contact me for tailored solutions.
How many prints do you produce on-site?
The street box session yields immediate positive prints (one per subject/booking as agreed). Additional prints may be ordered afterward.
Project
TRANSFORMA is an ongoing series in which discarded and overlooked objects are transformed through light, negative manipulation and shifts in perspective.
Ordinary materials move from refuse to visual construction, blurring the line between documentation and illusion.
New series will be added over time. Selected artworks are available for purchase.
Builds
From street box cameras and autostereoscopic 3D systems to custom film-processing machines and digital enlargers, each device is engineered to shape light in a unique way.
This page is an overview of the instruments I have constructed. These machines are not for sale—they are part of the artistic process and the history of each photograph.
Bespoke
I offer antique photographic portrait sessions using my self-built cameras, including a working street box camera capable of producing images on the spot.
Bookings are available for private clients, events and cultural institutions. Every portrait is an encounter with time, chemistry and light—made the way photography once began.
Education
Workshops are available for schools as well as private groups and cultural institutions.
Participants learn about early photography, optical storytelling and hands-on photography using my street box camera and other experimental tools.
